The project design includes three 2-bedroom apartments on each floor. The ground floor also contains three 2-bedroom apartments.

All apartments have a fore-space, toilet by the entrance, kitchen and living room with a dining area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a loggia (balcony).

The first and second floor have the same layout except for the open terraces in place of a loggia or a balcony.

The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
