The building has been designed as a residential one in a half-opened mode of construction – it is dual from the west, and has three floors in hight: ground + 2 floors.
Pedestrian access to the parcel is the access road on the south side of it. Vehicle access is also on the south side.
U Internal communication was solved by a central staircase with a 1.30m long branch. The building's main entrance is on the north side of it on the elevation point of – 0,640 from the ground floor elevation point.
The basement area contains a fore-space, auxiliary space, and a garage with parking spaces for the apartments from residential floors.
The foundations of the building are striped connected by horizontal immobilizing column piles. The basement construction wall are made of reinforced concrete, and on the floors of 25 cm wide block bricks. The construction between floors is a 15 cm wide reinforced concrete panel made of the MB-30 concrete reinforced by a reticular armature (reinforcement) MAG-500/560 which, at the joints with construction walls, is girdled by horizontal and vertical immobilizing column piles.
The fifth facade is a slanting semi-mounted construction of roof panels skewed at 30%. The lighting and air-ventilation in all rooms where people abide is natural via doors and windows, while spaces lacking natural ventilation have a venting pipe in the shaft that leads to the roof. Internal walls and ceilings are plastered (stucco), the floors tiled (ceramic tiles), walls tiled and painted.
Internal carpentry is standard as is the external one, so it easily integrates with the surroundings in harmony with the local architecture and landscaping.
