The project design includes three 2-bedroom apartments on each floor

The ground floor has three 2-bedroom apartments.

All apartments have an entry hallway, toilet by the entrance, kitchen and living room with a dining area, bathroom, 2bed-rooms and loggia.

The first and second floor apartments have the same layout with one difference: the second floor apartments have an open terrace.

The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
