The project design includes two 2-bedroom apartments on each floor, six apartments in total.

Two 1-bedroom apartments are on the ground floor.

Every apartment has and entry hallway, toilet by the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining area and exits to the loggia, 2 bedrooms and a balcony.

The first and second floor apartments have the same layout with one difference: the second floor apartments have an open terrace.

The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
