The project design includes 4 apartments on each floor, two of which are 2-bdroom apartments, one is a 3-bedroom apartment and one a 1-bedroom apartment.

The ground floor of the building was predicted for apartments for the handicapped. Since the building's got 12 apartments, two have been designed for the handicapped which is in accordance with the Compendium on spatial standards, urbanistically-technical conditions and normatives for prevention of architectural-urban barriers. Apartments with 90 cm wide doors and bathrooms+toilets that satisfy the needs of people who use wheelchairs with universal installations and signalization. Apartments have adequate windows with opening mechanisms that are 90 to 120 cm high.

Access to apartments has been solved in a way that requires making a mobile platform for lifting and/or descending of the wheelchairs on one branch of the staircase, because the entrance in the building is at a height level that is between the basement and the ground floor. The 1-bedrooom apartment consists of a fore-space, bathroom, living room with kitchen, a loggia and a bedroom. The 2-bedroom apartments consist of a fore-space, toilet by the entrance, kitchen and living room with dining area, a hallway, bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a loggia. The 3-bedroom apartment contains fore-space, toilet by the entrance, kitchen and living room with dining area, a hallway, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a balcony.

The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
