The project design includes two 1-bedroom apartments on each floor. The ground floor also contains two 1-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment contains a fore-space, bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining space and an exit to the loggia and bedrooms.

The first and second floor apartments are the same regarding spatial plan with the exception of an open terrace instead of a loggia.

The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
